Limited Warranty

Terms of Warranty

• If the vehicle has 36,000 miles or less, you may be covered by the balance of the manufacturer's new vehicle warranty.
• If the vehicle has more than 36,000 miles, this warranty is for 12 months or 12,000 miles**, whichever comes first. This limited warranty is an extension of the coverage under the NYS "Lemon Law" as listed below.
• Engine and Transmission coverage only is extended for two (2) years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, with a $500.00 deductible after the initial 12 month/12,000 mile coverage has expired.

Items Covered by this Warranty

1. Engine - Engine block, cylinder head, engine and all internal parts, flywheel (automatic transmission only), manifolds, radiator, water pump, any lubricated parts.
2. Transmission - Transmission case, any internal parts that fail due to normal operation including torque converter.
3. Drive Axle - Complete axle shaft, drive shafts, axle housing, all internal parts, universal joints.
4. Brakes - Disc brake calipers, all brake lines and fittings, master cylinders, vacuum booster, and wheel cylinders. Brake rotors and pads are wear-items and are NOT covered.
5. Electrical - Alternator, fuel pump, ignition system, starter motor, voltage regulator, wiper motor.
6. Steering - Power steering pump, rack and pinion, steering gear housing and internal parts.
7. Air Conditioning System - NOT covered.
8. Check Engine Lights - An indication that computer diagnosis is needed to determine cause. Items diagnosed that are caused by failure of a covered item listed above are covered. Items diagnosed that are regular/routine maintenance or wear-items are NOT covered.

Limitations

• EZ Loan Auto Sales is NOT responsible for regular/routine maintenance or wear-items (including but not limited to: tires, brake pads, wiper blades, spark plugs, belts, hoses, etc.), cosmetic flaws or non-essential safety items (air conditioning, stereo equipment, power items, heated elements, missing trim), collision/body work, damage caused after delivery or while in the possession of the purchaser. EZ Loan Auto Sales can NOT be held responsible for any undisclosed condition and/or history of vehicles offered for sale.
• EZ Loan Auto Sales can NOT provide the purchaser with a loaner vehicle while their vehicle is in our service department for repairs. Alternate transportation may be available. See Service Manager for details.
